440 Automatic 1 Color Printer

This machine allows jobs requiring only one (or two) colors to be offloaded from the expensive "multicolor machine" and yet still retain all of the quality of screen printing.

It is also ideal for CDR Printing of logo's and the various writable surface applications for ink jet and thermal printers.

At 30 pieces per minute, with U.V. drying and with automatic spindle back to spindle CD handling the labor cost is minimal and an available option for registration for multiple passes makes this machine capable of running virtually and C.D. printing job.

Most of the 1 color for 1 pass machines available require laborious fixturing to achieve reregistration. This is not only very tedious but also very space consumptive. The MTC Machine option for "reregistering" comprises a servo system and laser sensor that can identify and positions (within 1º) a microscopic target printed as part of the first pass.
