480 Automatic 5 Color Printer

The MTC Model 480 5 color Screen Printing Machine was developed to provide an economic high quality print alternative to ink jet printing, thermal printing, or labeling. As well as being much more cost effective for printing materials, the screen printing approach, (at 30cycles per minute) is also much more labor efficient.

The Model 480 machine can be run as 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 colors simply by "Turning Off" unused stations.

With all 5 print station and five U.V. drying units running the maximum power requirement is less than 20 AMP @ 220 VAC & 8 SCFM @ 80 PSI of compressed air.

The print station design incorporates a screen frame registration system that allow accurately made screens to be set-up quickly into perfect alignment. Additionally fine adjustment is provided for "Off Contact" control. (space between screen bottom and C.D. surface)
