CD Screen Frames

Our CD frames are made from the highest grade cold rolled steel available. Frames are available to fit all types of presses, various thickness gauges, and hole configurations. Frames can be nickel plated, sandblasted, or zinc plated. Printer's edge can offer laser cut frames or more economical stamped frames for the cd industry. We also offer a cleaning, sand blasting, and stretching service for Cd frames.

Nest Pads & CD Trays

We manufacture a full line of nest pads in a variety of materials. Pads are available for all presses, and hole configurations. Standard pads available for Kamman, Autoroll, Guann Yinn, Hanky, OMSO, Autotec, and Dubuit presses. In addition, Printer's edge manufactures cd trays out of anodized aluminum with special coating for longer life. Custom, and standard trays available.

Screen Protectors

Screen Protectors/Screen Masks & Circles are available in 1, 1.5, & 2.0 mil clear or metalized mylar with pressure sensitive adhesive. Many sizes available! Packaged 100/case. Available with or without center circles. Specify size needed.

Screen Block Tape

Easy to apply. Superior conformability.

Suction Cups

Replacement suction cups for all types of equipment. We have many stock sizes and we custom mold cups in Silicone, Polyurethane & other rubber products.

Registration Overlays

For perfect registration use our clear mylar templates with a 5.25" center hole and punch holes for alignment pins. Kiss cut cross hairs for perfect registration every time. Custom sizes available.

Screen Mesh

Quality European, and Japanese mesh available. Bolts up to 60 yards long...all mesh counts available.

Monoprint fabrics are available in standard plain weave. Certain products are produced in a twill weave for increased ink deposit. Mesh counts range from 17 to 500 using various thread diameters.
